This notice describes our Returns Policy. It details our policy on the return of items that you purchase from us. By visiting us at our Web site and by interacting with us, you are accepting the practices described in this Returns Policy.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. We also will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
How to Return an Item
If it has been less than 30 days since you received an item, you may return it by following these steps:
- Place the item back into its original packaging.
- Find the packing slip that came with the item. If you do not have the packing slip, you may visit our online store to print a copy of your invoice. To print a copy of your invoice, visit our online store and click on My Account. Then click on the specific order for the item you are returning where you can print a copy of your invoice.
- Pack the item and the packing slip or invoice securely in a box.
- Place a label on the box with the following address:

- Send the package via the least expensive method that supplies tracking or delivery confirmation, such as UPS Ground. For books, you may use U.S. Postal Service Media Mail with delivery confirmation.
- Save a copy of your return shipping receipt and the tracking or delivery confirmation number so that you may ensure we receive your package.
Please note that it takes us 5 to 7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Exchanges
If it has been less than 30 days since you received an item, and you would like to exchange an item, first return the item you wish to exchange. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we process the return. Then place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Gifts
If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift, you still must include a copy of the packing slip or order invoice with your return. Contact the person who purchased the gift for you for this information before you return an item.
How to Claim a Refund for Return Shipping Costs
If you returned an item to us within 30 days of receiving it, and if the return was the result of our error, you may make a claim to be reimbursed for your return shipping costs. To claim a refund for return shipping costs, send us a copy of your packing slip or invoice for the original purchase of the item, a copy of the receipt for your return shipping, and the tracking or delivery confirmation number that was used for your return. To print a copy of your invoice, visit our online store and click on My Account. Then click on the specific order for the item you are returning where you can print a copy of your invoice. Restrictions & Limitations
All returns, claims, and refunds are subject to restrictions and limitations.
Any item that has obvious signs of use, is missing parts, or is not returned in the condition it was received, is subject to a partial refund. Refunds are provided in the form of the original payment method. Any item that has been returned to us more than 30 days after its receipt is not entitled to a refund or replacement. Gift certificate purchases are not refundable. If a coupon was applied to the original order, the refund will be reduced by the amount of that coupon.
If you return an item to us more than 30 days after you receive it, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement. If you want us to send your returned item back to you, then you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to you.
Some items in our store have restrictions on their return, or are not returnable. If an item has such restrictions or is not returnable, this will be indicated on the item detail page. |
